Wine list

Managed by the Sommelier Alberto Ponziani, the Osticcio wine cellar has about 1000 labels. It starts from the local territory, with Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino, about 100 labels of large producers as well as niche bottles, to then tell the whole of Italy about wine. A large section is dedicated to France, with a big emphasis about Champagne and Burgundy, passing through Loire and Bordeaux. A careful look is given to new trends, such as that towards natural wine and orange wines. There is also a wide selection of Gin, which are often based on Tuscan botanicals, with juniper from Val d’Orcia, as well as the rum proposal, as the result of an accurate research.
